A hardy group of volunteers completed more than half of the work putting in native plants purchased by the City on recommendation by the COBI Non-Motorized Transportation Advisory Committee. This restoration of our “green infrastructure” will not only improve the environment and aesthetics which Islanders value, but also help us all drive closer to the posted speed.
