Here are photos of the group which met for this years RAW with discussion of challenges and accomplishments at stops along one route kids might follow riding a bike to school at Sakai & Woodward. As we were finishing up, a Dad & kid rode by to remind us of the importance.

One of the things I most enjoy about cycling on Bainbridge is seeing the flora and fauna along the road.

This Sunday I stopped at Head of the Bay to see what another photographer was looking up at, and saw that he was taking pictures of a mature Bald Eagle sitting in a tree above the road. My Canon 12X zoom camera which I carry in my bike trunk allowed me to get several good photos of the eagle before it flew off. We speculated it might have been watching for the opportunity to dine on a stray gosling further down the road.

Then I also got a set of pictures of the geese crossing the road, and a (typical for Bainbridge) thoughtful driver waiting for them to cross.

Here is a photo of the motorist sharing the road with the Canada Geese, and another of the eagle.
